1. Products
Flora-Lux arrangements and bouquets are handcrafted from fresh, carefully selected flowers.
Due to the seasonal nature of the products, minor variations in shade or flower type may occur, without affecting the design, style, or aesthetic value of the composition.
If a specific flower in the arrangement is unavailable, it will be replaced with an alternative of equal value and appearance, preserving the concept and harmony of the composition.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed exclusively online. Payment is made by bank card (Visa / Mastercard).
The order is considered confirmed after payment validation or phone confirmation.
3. Delivery
Delivery is carried out across the entire Republic of Moldova to the address specified by the client, within the selected time interval.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically based on distance: 150 MDL within Chișinău and suburbs (up to 20 km), 15 MDL/km for greater distances.
Flora-Lux reserves the right to contact the recipient to ensure delivery under optimal conditions.
4. Perishable Products Policy
According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, perishable products (natural flowers) cannot be returned.
In case of a visible non-conformity at the time of delivery, the client is asked to notify the company within 2 hours, accompanied by relevant images.
5. Data Protection
VV Crea Trade SRL respects the confidentiality of client data.
Collected data (name, phone, address, email) is used exclusively for order processing and delivery and is not disclosed to third parties, except for partners involved in payment processing or delivery.
